Ich bin verantwortlich, "Venue Manager" in Deutschland zu Wachstum zu verhelfen, mit neuen Kunden aber auch Personalseitig. Venue Manager ist eine innovative Softwarelösung, die von Sportvereinen und Festivals eingesetzt wird. Oberste Priorität gilt unseren Kunden, Unterstützung in der Erhöhung der Loyalität ihrer Kunden, was sich positiv auf den Umsatz pro Besucher auswirkt. Unsere Lösung wird in England, Dänemark und Deutschland zurzeit (Mai 2020) von ca. 50 Sportvereinen und Festivals eingesetzt.

Same job as before, but now I'm working for a newly made company, NEWSCYCLE Solutions. From July 2014 until June 2015 I lived and worked in Hamburg, Germany. But because of family reasons we decided to move back to Denmark again instead of staying in Hamburg for two year as was the original plan. This stay has given me better insight in German society and improved my German language skills.

SAXOTECH makes software for the Media Industry, primarily focused on optimizing workflow for newspaper and magazine customers. The job for presales consultants is to analyze customer workflow, understand business needs and translate those needs and wishes into a technical offer, that helps them optimizing their business with the SAXOTECH solution. From September 2010 my new role was to manage the pre-sales department.

Because you can live life only once (until the opposite is proved), I accepted the challenge to become hotel manager in the North of Vietnam for one year and took a sabbatical from my work at Saxotech. The 9 ha. resort is situated on the top of a hill overlooking a beautiful valley with rice terasses and remote minority villages. 85% of the staff were coming from local minorities, where most of them had their first experience with having an actual payed job and not working in their local village.

I have specialized in "Organization and Strategy" - where organizational change, culture and economics where main subjects. My final thesis was done for Danisco Packaging and had the title "Exchanging knowledge in an international organization".
