Responsibilities: End responsible for all engineering in the Paintshop. Direct leader of an engineering team with 16-19 concept and line engineers. Realizations: - Guiding the department through an engineering organization transition - Reduction of equipment safety risks with 27% at Paintshop Born NL. - Successfully initiated and implemented the LeLe Paint - Ongoing coaching of line engineers in continuous production improvement, lean and 4M.

Responsibilities: Defining the strategy for an LTI Paintshop plan (Long Term Investment Paintshop). Responsible for all equipment projects in the Paintshop (80.000m²). Realizations: - VCM2025 Paintshop: Innovative and strategical First Choice Vehicle Contract Manufacturer plan for the Paintshop of the future. - Increases OEE due to implementation of a cross-functional organization between Engineering, production, and the maintenance department.

Responsibilities: Responsible for the implementation of the BMW X1 in Paintshop Born. Integration of the first BMW in the Paintshop at Born, bringing the plant output to 800 cars/day. BMW X1 in close cooperation with BMW Regensburg (split-production). Realizations: Successful launch from quoting phase till equipment implementation, buy-off and handover for series production. 13 new BMW colors, specific processes, and equipment.

Responsibilities: Responsible for the implementation of the MINI Convertible F57 in the Paintshop. Realizations: Successful vehicle launch. From virtual build in BMW FIZ Munich to series production in Born, Netherlands. Weekly Launch Management meetings in Munich with the focus on planning, design, manning, training, quality, KPIs, costs, processes, and corrosion resistance.
