• Responsible for finance subsidiary USA and branches in South America (Mexico, Peru and Colombia) • Perform monthly and year end closing procedures and Lufthansa Group consolidation procedures for USA subsidiary • Prepare documents for external auditors for year end audit both IFRS and US GAAP

Verify vendors' invoices; approvals for payment; arrange payment; post entry; Travel expense reimbursement claims; Intercompany transactions and billings (Cost Plus); Record asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries; Maintain subsidiary accounts; Resolve discrepancies; Maintain general ledger; Prepare trial balance; Cash forecast; Monthly closing and consolidation procedures; Perform ad hoc analysis and support project in accounting and controlling; Prepare documents for audit

Yearend audit for fixed assets, accounts receivables, intercompany transaction, accounts balance, liabilities, accruals and deferrals and accounts of income statement; Balance confirmation and inventory counting; Testing of provision and notes and management report; Overall analysis report; Plausibility tests to accounts and balance of financial statements; Completed audit working papers; Prepared documentation and reports to support audit opinions; Reviewed and summarized M&A contract of clients
