My job is customer-focused and my main duty is to communicate with the customers and provide credit service and on-site service to some company clients. In regard to the credit service, I need to complete the financial information of the companies which want to make a loan in the bank thus to facilitate the credit evaluation. And in terms of the on-site service, my main assignment is to help the customers to use the products of the bank and to understand needs of the customers.

My main duty is to interpret and evaluate the data of the market research in the area of health industry. During the work, I need to use SPSS to do the statistics of the research data and construct tables and graphics of the research results. Besides, I have maintained und updated the database of the doctor panel regularly and thus the references of the market research are better kept in contact. Sometimes, I also helped the department for different routine business.
