Markets Support Asia Pacific - Trading Floor

- Providing market data (application & platform) and contribution support to the Equities, Structured Products, FX, Money Market, Fixed Income and Commodities business on the Trading Floor - Managing the contribution tradeflow within the Credit Suisse Infrastructure (Zurich, London) - Managing the price flow from the Bank to the systems of Reuters, Bloomberg, Telekurs, Sungard - Advising the business on the setup of Structured Products (Equity Derivatives) and Fixed Income products within the CS systems

- Benchmark and Performance analysis of client portfolios in Asset Management - Benchmark construction and their calculation - Working together and performing clarification with data providers (Reuters, Bloomberg, Rimes) concerning market indices (FTSE, MSCI, S&P, Dow Jones ...) and financial market data - Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly benchmark as well as performance data for client reports and UBS investment funds in Switzerland - Consolidation, analysis and interpretation of finance data

- IT- and business analysis within Risk Management of banking environments/applications - Design and development of a Management Application which manages entitlements of the WM&SB platforms - Planing and execution of the consolidation of banking user accounts within the multiple IT-Platforms / Banking systems of UBS Wealth Management & Swiss Bank (WM&SB) - Analysis and extraction of existing accounts within z/OS, WebSphere, Solaris, AIX, Windows, SAP, Oracle

- Analysis of current business processes and implementing process improvements into the Call Center (Swisscom Hotline) - Conceptual design of new business ideas for the private clients (Privatkunden-Segment) and SME sector (KMU-Segment) - Experience Design of customer documents (contract-, survery-, guidance-documents) - Analysis of the telecommunication market and its competitors, creation of portfolio salesfolder - Educating Swisscom Engineers and Technicians on new technologies and products
