Main tasks: Responsible for registering all new materials purchase orders, following up with the suppliers through telephone calls, e-mails and shop visits, documenting and reporting the progress of the orders to project management and insuring timely delivery of the materials purchased. In addition to coordinating deliveries with warehouses on different site locations.

Main tasks: providing counselling and full information to students interested in UK education concerning study programmes, entry requirements, Universities, travel and Visa information, living in the UK, costs and fees etc. In addition to handling and following up students’ correspondence with universities until their acceptance is secured.

Main tasks: Organising daily appointments and mail, welcoming guests, answering phone calls and keeping the agenda.

Main tasks: Checking emergency equipments prior to flights; Enforcing safety guidelines; Providing In-Flight services for passengers; Dealing with any unforeseen events and emergencies.  First Class Air Hostess  Cabin Attendant of the Month Award (November 1999)
