Improvementents of managementent reports and use of KPI. operational performance controlling. Budget preparation

In this 4 months internship, I was assigned with a project to evaluate the logistic area, identify possible improvements and formulate an improvement plan that includes management of inventory, control the warehousing cost and improve the data quality. I work with an international team, analyze data, implement KPIs to measure and monitor performance, enhance the use of SAP to count with better quality data, use Lean Six Sigma Methodology, SAP and Excel.

Planning specialist in a government institution. Responsible for the formulation of the strategic plan in conjunction with the process leaders, monitor and ensure its compliance with it through the organization and leadership of meetings with process leaders; while work in cross functional teams. Based on the process analysis, I identified possible improvements, that were eventually implemented and documented, according with ISO 9001: 2015.

Financial specialist in the area of ​​contracts. Responsible for the creation of the billing and collection process at the contracts department, the management of key accounts, the contact with customer for the clarification of doubts regarding the contract's execution, the financial control of the contract's assigned budget through an excel self-made controlling system to reduce the contract's intrinsic risk, the process's improvement by using Lean Six Sigma and the attention to audits.

As a Project Manager in a start-up that manage constructions contracts. Responsible for monitor the project developments, control the assigned resources to the projects and the cost efficiency, manage and negotiate with suppliers to purchase and managed the inventory level. Through negotiation with suppliers, I could Increased the days of payment to 45 days and by implementing KPIs to keep track of the costs, I could reduced the risk of budget over execution.

As comercial manager's assistant at the Postal service, I was responsible for consolidate the regional manager information, generate management reports based on data analysis and sales figures, implement an excel self-develop control system to make sales contracts development more transparent.
