- Manage the day to day financial and accounting operations - Perform account closing process, governing journal entry preparation, data summarization and review of completeness - Responsible for financial statement, management reporting financial package, budget preparation, and cash flow. - Review statutory filings and internal / external audit reports to address issues and mitigate risks - Provide analysis, reports, ad hoc financial reports to management on business performance

- Responsible for full set of accounts - Controlling and recording Work in process for Solar farm - Process contractors payment applications for monthly billings - Assist in the preparation of loan draws and capital calls from bank partner and parent company. - Perform monthly close and related journal entries - Monthly review of job cost activity ensuring consistent and proper coding. - Monitor fixed asset activity in detail. Generate month-end - Monthly report

- Checking the accuracy of documents from the project team before issuing invoices. - Being the single point of contact for customers. - Supporting to follow up billing plans, issue invoices - Register invoices data in our web intranet - Prepare payment voucher and sent to concern Dept. or Project. - Booked transaction in accounting system (Express) - Booked petty cash and employee expense claim in accounting system (Express) - Verify Input VAT for local vendor and Verify VAT (PP.36)
