• Streamlined Functional KPIs and process to achieve a reduction in PR(purchase requisition) to PO(purchase order) lead time from 7days to 3 days. • Developed purchasing policies and procedures using the Material resource planning(MRP) tools to set reorder points, ordering strategies and safety stock levels for all technical materials. • Improve purchasing efficiency by decreasing 15% transactional load on buyers by increasing the Unit Price Agreement from 50% to 65% for consumables.
