Program machines for software updates, hardware upgrades, and new machine installations. Develop Ruby on Rails, Rest API, iOS applications for company’s sales calendar schedule. Travel to Denmark for training and to Singapore, Vietnam, and China to fix machine problems.

Developed an innovative web-based Oil & Gas remote monitoring system from the ground up providing real-time information from over 100 old-field locations on laptops, tablets, and cell-phones for over 50 different companies in the USA. Integrated accurate Dual (Oil/ Water) Level Transmitter preventing truck drivers from stealing oil, benefiting in oil-production forecast, and generating more than 2,000,000 USD in revenue.

Tested aircraft materials, such as carbon fiber, steel, fibreglass, and aluminium according to ASTM standard using MTS testing machines. Analysed test material properties, such as strength, stiffness, elasticity, stress, strain, and etc. Generated test reports for many aircraft companies, such as Boeing, Airbus, Cessna, and etc. Was responsible for accurate material test results.

Assisted teaching CATIA V5 to aircraft employees suggesting design techniques, examples, and guidelines. Suggested and explained techniques on designing and assembling aircraft parts, programing CNC to cut parts, and drafting blueprints. Received several CATIA V5 certificates.
