• Responsible for preparing and managing any different reports and complains management to achieve an excellent customer satisfaction. • Take ownership of maintaining the efficiency of IT product order system (eOrder Form and reporting system) for internal users. • IT Outsourcing Program: Provide on-site training support to customers on product/service information. • Assist in optimization process of service product life cycle, and to define localization process based on global solution reference.

• Provide secretarial support services to Managers. • Receive and transfer hotline phone calls for incident handling. • Track the completion status of follow-ups for deadlines. • Support team administration activities. • Facilities management: include but not limited to office supplies, equipment ordering. • New hire support: include but not limited to office supplies purchasing, seating arrangement. • Deals with emergency issues independently.

• Receive and transfer Siemens dail-in phone calls to related departments • Receive and transfer internal hotline 2000 (former) phone calls, and dispatch order form to engineer for telephone delivery.
