I've worked on my Master thesis in the University of Milan. the research aimed at Power consumption modeling for baseband unit hotels in C-RAN considering the effect of different RAN functional splits in 5G networks. This project was supervised by prof. Massimo Tornatore from Polimi and prof. Madhukar Chandra from TU Chemnitz.

- Working on spectrum management training program (SMTP) at ITU Academy, which is developed by experts drawn from within and outside the ITU. - Assisted and participated in various study groups and meetings related to broadband, access to ICTs for rural/remote areas and disability, needs of developing countries in spectrum management. - Retention and giving visibility to the existing ITU-D sector members, associates, and academia through conferences and bilateral meetings.

Integral role in the day-to-day operations and troubleshooting of ground network: -Events Management; monitoring the ground resource to ensure successful product generation including ground system health metrics and DB performance -Incident Management; Running recovery scenarios and maintaining processes for assigned applications (Data stage, automatic job scheduling) using UNIX environment 1/2012 - 12/2012

-Supporting network technologies ADSL - GPON - IWAN - IPTV - HFC – Landline -Provided online support with services like webhosting, Business email console and domain name registration -Monitoring, maintaining and escalating technical complaints to their respective teams and sections -DNS records management for .ae domains
