Direct responsability for 11 associates. Development and steering of global sales&marketing strategy BMW Motorrad in sparring with the top management. Set-up and management of cross-functional teams to design and activate relevant fields. Development and steering of market strategies, incl. entry preparation for new segments. Incubator for new sales & new business models (eg. Rental Platform). Development and roll out of global transformation programs in Sales, Aftersales and Marketing.
Steering of 8 importers (Africa&French Overseas). Responsible for sales and financial results and market development (ca. 6.000 Units). Management of a cross-functional area team (Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Dealer Development, Financial controlling). Motivation and coaching of business partners to tap the full business potential and increase long term retail development. Steering of consultants and coaches to improve retail-processes and profitability. Select and ramp up new investors.
Steering of 8 importers (Africa&French Overseas) for the Aftersales Business. Responsible for service and parts business (Turnover ca. 8 Mio.€). Adaptation and implementation of service processes and standards to maximize customer satisfaction and car park exploitation. Definition and roll out of market specific tactical and strategic initiatives (Pricing, Marketing, 4th Level, Body&Paint, etc...) Dealer Network Development: need and potential based planning of new dealerships and outlets.
NSC consultant within international technical support for critical cases (product liability, safety relevant issues) Set up and Steering of Special Case Network to handle individual cases accordingly (customer satisfaction, image, costs, legal risks) Teamlead product support for chassis related issues, interface between markets and development departments. Follow up of problem solving and definitions of appropriate communication to NSC.
Requirement and Target Management. Responsible for the definition and introduction of a new approach to validate target systems (costs, features, weight) in the early development stage of a new car.
Body Development. Responsible for the development and design of structural body parts. Cross-functional team lead (industrialization, production, design, engineering) Implementation of new technologies.
