Responsible for ensuring delivery of fast moving digital project with $400K+ AUD budget for the Government of NSW over 4-month period. My primarily roles were leading the development of the ‘Jobs for NSW’ entrepreneurial and innovation online portal for the state and the ‘Sydney Startup Hub’ innovation centre launch and digital strategy and assets.

As lead project manager at this crowdfunding startup, I was in charge of leading the development and digital marketing of a custom crowdfunding platform (with white label functionalities) from discovery to launch. This role required lean thinking, strong strategic direction, attention to detail, lateral thinking, research and inhouse/offshore team management.

As lead project manager for a leading Australian retail group, I was tasked with ensuring delivery of branding and digital marketing across 5 retails brands and some 130+ franchises.
