• Cost reduction of the corners of Tilt & Turn Window mechanism. • It involved optimization of design and manufacturing process by considering functional analysis, function cost matrix and costs & relevance analysis.

• Assisted in designing and development of the machine parts, sub-assemblies, valve components and gears using CATIA and Auto CAD. • Coordinating the activities of Production Planning, Q.C, Design & development and Materials to ensure adherence to company objectives. • Worked in quality department, assisted in periodic inspections at various stages. • Brief exposure to all departments.
