• Heading sourcing activities in India for off highway and construction machinery division. • Handling complete cycle from identification of source till RFQ finalisation and SOP. • Actively involved in localisation project of ZF in India for key commodities like casting, forgings etc. • Active participation in project activities to set up assembly plant in Pune, India. E.g. Lease of premises, Capital Purchase & commissioning, Localisation of components for axle.

• Handling complete cycle of vendor development from drawing stage till PPAP & handing over to supplies module. • Formulated Buying Strategy based on Product v/s Process Technology resulting in better material procurement from less number of suppliers. • Understand future trends & Technology for the commodity to formulate the future strategy. • Implemented Purchasing and Integrated Supply Management (PRISM) process in the Hardware Commodity, which resulted in cost savings by 5%.

• Items handled for procurement like Pipes & fittings, Valves, Consumable etc. • Independently handled project procurement • Facilitate third party inspection & logistic arrangements to respective sites.
