We are searching for the best talent for our Executive Assistant (m/f/d) position in Aachen.

In this role you will support the VP Global Head of Strategy & Innovation and his team primarily and provide additional support to executive team members to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently. This is a fully onsite position requiring presence in the office five days per week to ensure flawless teamwork, immediate support for executives, and efficient handling of confidential matter.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides meeting planning and scheduling support, coordinating venues, expense management, materials, and technology support.

  • Assures all business travel arrangements are planned and coordinated.

  • Coordinates new hire interviews and appointments with HR business partner.

  • Provides administrative support for EMEA management board.

  • Communicates with employees, management, external business contacts, and vendors in a pleasant and professional manner.

  • Organizes and records data to support coordination of presentation materials and other documentations in a variety of formats.

  • Completes tasks to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of results.

  • Conducts administrative support to facilitate executive's ability to effectively lead the organization.

  • Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson Leadership Imperatives and Credo.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-7+ years as an Executive/Personal Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite;.

  • Education: Bachelor's in Business/Comms preferred, but experience is paramount.

  • Qualities: High integrity, discretion, loyalty, commitment, adaptability, ability to work under pressure.

  • Skills:

    • Communication: Exceptional written/verbal in German and English, diplomacy, interpersonal skills.

    • Organization: Superior time management, prioritization, attention to detail.

    • Tech: Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office systems.

    • Problem-Solving: Proactive, strong judgment, ability to work independently

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 51.200 to 80.845 EUR.
