Nexburg is looking for a highly driven Head of Corporate Strategy to drive the company’s growth initiatives by identifying, evaluating and executing organic and inorganic expansion opportunities (new markets, products, acquisitions or partnerships). The Head of Corporate Strategy will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic vision of Nexburg (formerly Utimaco TS), with a strong focus on lawful interception management and adjacent solutions for Telecom Operators, ISPs as well as Law Enforcement. This role requires visionary thinking, deep industry expertise, and the ability to translate complex market opportunities into sustainable growth strategies.

Deine Aufgaben

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategic Development: Define and drive the company’s long-term strategy across telecommunication and compliance solution offerings, particularly in the domain – but not only - of lawful interception and compliance-driven applications
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership (CEO and Chief Product Officer)
• Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead evaluation, negotiation, and integration of M&A initiatives that support market expansion and enhance technological capabilities. Build financial models and business cases for new ventures.
• Market & Policy Intelligence: Monitor evolving regulatory environments, market trends, and policy directions in telecommunications, compliance and IT security to anticipate business opportunities and risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional executive peers to align strategic goals with operational excellence and delivery (i.e. business development, R&D, etc.)
• Together with the CEO and Chief Product Officer, represent the company at industry conferences, government forums, and lobbying with key regulators

Dein Profil

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the telecommunications and/or IT industry, ideally in strategy, business development, or corporate development roles
• Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in telecommunication infrastructure, cyber solutions, and regulatory compliance
• Strategic Leadership: Track record of building and executing strategies that drive sustainable growth in complex and sensitive international markets
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and project management skills
• M&A Acumen: Hands-on experience in evaluating, negotiating and integrating partnerships or acquisitions
• Education: Advanced academic degree in business, engineering, telecommunications, IT, or a related field preferred
