As an experienced security professional, you think strategically and design security structures with a long-term perspective. As Head of Security Management, you develop frameworks and standards that ensure comprehensive and sustainable security. For more than 45 years, DSA has specialized in innovative communication solutions for automotive electronics. With our teams of experts, we deliver modular software and hardware solutions for the entire vehicle life cycle. Your Tasks

• You are responsible for the early and systematic integration of safety and security-related requirements in product development.
• You ensure the standard-compliant integration of safety and security requirements by systematically establishing and further developing company-wide processes, methods, and tools.
• As a strategic contact person, you advise software and hardware developers on all security-related issues.
• You work closely with system owners, product owners, and project managers to ensure consistent security-related coordination.
• You lead and moderate security-related reviews at the concept, architecture, and design levels.
• You ensure the audit and certification capability of the organization and accompany the corresponding evidence.
• You conduct customer workshops and assessments on your own responsibility.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar field.
• You have several years of experience working with security analysis tools and are also familiar with cryptographic methods, authentication mechanisms, and secure communication.
• You have experience in both secure software development lifecycle and common security standards.
• Your strong analytical thinking skills are reflected in your structured approach to work.
• With your excellent organizational skills and time management, you complete your tasks on time.
• You value working in a team. At the same time, you are able to handle conflict and assert yourself when necessary, and you are able to convince others of your ideas.
• You are business fluent in German and English.
