Job description
- You will be responsible for the independent and timely completion of monthly payroll accounting, including preparatory and follow-up work, as well as You will be responsible for the maintenance and administration of personnel master data, as well as for the time management system and official registration for foreign assignments
- You will be responsible for communication and correspondence with social insurance providers, and authorities and you are the contact person for employees in payroll-related matters
- You are also responsible for preparing statistics and analyses, working closely with the financial accounting department and assisting with the annual financial statements
- You act as the contact person for tax audits and authorities and are a key user in the HR system (Loga HR)
Requirements
- You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have a further qualification in payroll accounting and at least 5 years of professional experience in human resources, in particular in payroll accounting
- You also have sound knowledge of an accounting system - ideally Loga HR and very good knowledge of payroll tax, social security and labour law
- You are confident in using MS Office
- You have a good command of written and spoken German
- Discretion, reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
