The DEAR Foundation Switzerland is an independent, humanitarian foundation that supports people in need – especially women and children – through educational, health, and psychosocial projects around the world.We act quickly, flexibly, and without vested interests. From our offices in Zurich, Jerusalem, and Monrovia, and in collaboration with over 200 local project staff, we reach millions of people facing the world’s toughest circumstances.

What you’ll do

• Develop and implement integrated communication and marketing strategies
• Plan and execute audience-specific campaigns across channels
• Manage our websites and social media channels (including community management)
• Create and coordinate content for social media and our homepage
• Write and edit media releases, partner materials, and presentations
• Lead proactive agenda setting to increase visibility and engagement
• Organize and manage impactful events and campaign formats
• Analyze data and define optimization measures
• Maintain and work with our CMS tools

What we’re looking for

• A solid educational background (ideally in communications/marketing)
• Several years of hands-on experience in similar roles
• A highly organized team player with a proactive, service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Fast learner, strong interpersonal skills, creative and structured thinker
• Confident using digital communication tools and platforms
• Excellent command of German / English (written & spoken) is a must
