Calculator (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Carrying out quantity and mass calculations based on technical documents and on-site visits
• Preparation of tender documents and support in the awarding of subcontractor services
• Risk assessment of project-related uncertainties (e.g. existing buildings, fire and noise protection, ongoing hotel operations)
• Continuous maintenance of price and cost databases
• Close cooperation with the architecture, technology, project management and purchasing departments

Your profile

• In-depth understanding of construction cost structures, trades and material qualities
• Knowledge of hotel-specific requirements (e.g. sound insulation, fire protection, stage construction)
• Strong affinity for numbers and economic thinking
• Structured, precise and independent way of working
• Communication and negotiation skills in dealing with partners and trades
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear economic statements
• Resilience and flexibility in dynamic project phases
