Responsibilities
- Responsibility for resource- and budget planning
- Leading and promoting employees within the Electrical Engineering department
- Project controlling of quality, costs and deadlines within the electrical planning according to KPI's
- Co-designing and roll-out of the department strategy in global collaboration
- Monitoring of functional machine safety
- Ensure compliance with our GMP and GAMP guidelines as well as our safety requirements and proper documentation
- Close cooperation with internal and external departments
- Proactive development of our products and processes
- Completed engineering studies in electrical engineering or automation technology (FH/University)
- Several years of professional and management experience in electrical engineering
- Experience in Project Management as well as in plant and control cabinet construction
- Basic knowledge of relevant standards for the global electrical industry
- Fluent in German and English
- Coordination skills, ability to work under pressure and in a team
- Independent, careful way of working as well as high personal responsibility
- Ability to recognize talents and improve their performance
- Competent appearance towards customers
- Very good organizational skills as well as setting priorities
- Respectful interaction and active listening
- Willingness to travel internationally up to approx. 10%
