What will you do?As a Channel Account Manager for the DACH region, you’ll be the trusted partner contact across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You’ll represent Sensolus and strengthen our partner ecosystem through collaboration and growth.
Actively identify and onboard new partners aligned with our growth strategy
Manage and nurture existing partners to become part of our growth story, by embracing the Sensolus values: Perseverance, Ownership, Trust, Customer Centricity and Fun
Support partners in training, conflict resolution, and fostering a collaborative channel ecosystem
Oversee partner performance and strengthen collaboration
Generate leads together: from co-hosting events and exhibitions to supporting in the field
Collaborate closely with partners to grow sales of our solutions
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience as a partner account owner
A strong technical mindset
Fluent in English & German (mandatory), other languages are a strong plus
Independent, proactive, and skilled in building lasting business relationships
Availability to travel frequently across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and our HQ in Ghent
Prior IoT or relevant industry experience is a significant plus
A hybrid role with the flexibility to work from an office hub in Düsseldorf, all the while being fully supported from our HQ in Ghent
