Your responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you will directly report to the Sales Director DASH and will be based in Germany (full-remote). Your missions will be the following:- Manage existing customers and develop new accounts within business area.
- Be accountable for meeting budgeted sales and margins for the assigned territory.
- Establish strong relationships with customers by building a network of contacts within their organization.
- Build strategic networks and relationships with vendors, suppliers and integrators to further develop the market.
- Identify market potential for assigned territory and develop strategic and tactical sales plans.
- Develop customer needs analysis.
- Negotiate and issue price lists, maintain and clean up-to-date sales pipeline in the Sales Data Warehouse.
- Oversee the execution of the project and maintain customer contact.
Your profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales of industrial products.
- Resilient, team spirit, positive.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Very high command in both English and German.

The role requires a willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time, engaging with clients and teams globally. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage customer relationships are crucial.
