• Ownership of accurate end-to-end bookkeeping and financial records
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and year-end General Ledger closing activities
• Preparing and contributing to group IFRS financial reporting and consolidation of financial statements
• You act as the main interface for external auditors and support audit processes
• You prepare and review VAT filings and related documentation
• Take lead in the daily payment processes (back-up Payroll)
• Support for documentation, structuring and implementation ICS
• Support of evaluation and implementation of new ERP system

• Commercial education or degree / diploma in Accounting or Finance
• Several years of experience in financial accounting in Switzerland
• Experience with full-cycle accounting and closing processes
• Experience supporting external audits and financial reporting (IFRS experience is an asset)
• Good understanding of VAT processes and statutory reporting
• Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluent German and strong English skills, written and spoken
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills
• A structured, reliable and hands-on working style in an international environment
