We're looking for a motivated and driven Junior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

About the Role

• Support our team in the identification and acquisition of bus partners and build or maintain strong, long-lasting partnerships
• Be a credible advisor in facing any issues and problems by external partners and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• Own and use your analytical skills to find your way through complex datasets and recognize opportunities to grow and to optimize business relationship
• Help partners become a key part of an international route network based on quantitative analysis
• Help in presenting partnership opportunities and advantages of cooperation with FlixBus to all external stakeholders;
• Will become part of the industry, build and nurture long-lasting relations with operators and stakeholders and have the chance to network at events, parties and award ceremonies
  

About You

• Bachelor`s degree in Economy or Traffic & Transportation fields of study
• Working experience in a transportation oriented company is a plus
• Speak and write the Dutch and English languages fluently
• Show a positive, constructive, and "We can do it" attitude also when meeting challenges or time pressure
• Flexibility, proactivity, and independence with problem-solving skills
• High social, communication, and analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
