IP paralegal

We are an internationally operating IP law firm specializing in U.S., international, European, and Swiss patent, trade secret, design and trademark law. Our firm, based in Arbon (TG), Switzerland, represents a diversified range of clients, including both newly established companies and large corporations. We support and advise them on all matters relating to intellectual property, particularly in the areas of patent, design, trademark, trade secret protection, licensing, and associated legal disputes.

To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a:

Paralegal wishing to relocate to the St. Gallen, Switzerland area with a workload of 60 (minimum)-100% (preferred)

As a qualified candidate, your main responsibilities will include:

• Deadline docketing, management and monitoring
  • Independent file management, support in legal matters, preparing and filing applications
  • Multilingual correspondence with clients, authorities, attorneys, agents
  • Schedule planning, organization of meetings, internal events, lectures, and business trips,
• Accounting tasks

To competently manage these diverse roles, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Paralegal diploma or equivalent diploma and/or
  • Professional experience regarding patents and trademarks in a law firm
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • French language skills
• Trustworthiness, reliability and discretion
  • Precise and structured work approach
  • Team spirit and dynamism
  • Up-to-date computer skills and Excellent organizational skills
