Aufgaben
Als DevOps Experte agieren Sie in agilen Softwareentwicklungsprojekten unterschiedlicher Größe im internationalen Fintech- und Bankenumfeld. Zusammen mit Ihrem Team sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, dass die Softwareplattformen ohne Störungen funktionieren, begleiten die Produkte über den kompletten Lebenszyklus und stellen dabei die laufende Optimierung und Effizienz im Bertieb sicher. Dies bedeutet insbesondere:
- Konfiguration und Pflege moderner Technologien, Frameworks und Solutions (GitLab, Kubernetes, Kafka)
- Neben der System-Administration, Überwachung und Optimierung gehören die Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten sowie laufender Wissensaufbau und -transfer im Team zu den zentralen Aufgaben
- Aktive Mitarbeit über die Tribes hinweg, um Software Entwicklungs- und Betriebsprozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern und best practices zu leben
Profil
- Technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU) idealerweise im Bereich Informatik / IT oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
- Background und Erfahrung in der täglichen Arbeit mit GitLab, Kubernetes, Kafka und im Applikations-Monitoring, insbesondere in der Administration, Überwachung und Optimierung, als auch in der Verwaltung von Cluster Netzwerken, Etablieren von Logging Architektur und der Planung und Durchführung von Updates und Upgrades
- Hands-on-Mentalität sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden, ITSM und ITIL von Vorteil
- Interesse und Freude an weiterführenden Themen wie Automatisierung und Best Practice Implementierun
