Our portfolio includes our successful own brand Unimedica with over 400 products in the areas of food supplements, foodstuffs and natural cosmetics, an online natural food range and 700 of our own book titles in the field of naturopathy.

New location in Auggen: Currently we operate in 79585 Steinen ; from April 2026 you will find us at the state-of-the-art site in 79424 Auggen – only 22 minutes by train from Freiburg (400 m to the station).

Your responsibilities in recruitment:

We are looking to strengthen our HR team: an experienced Recruiter (m/f/d) who will lead the department professionally and attract the best specialists for our company.

• Applicant management : You are the first point of contact for candidates – from initial approach through pre-selection to interviews
• Talent acquisition : You identify qualified specialists through professional candidate selection and recognise potential in CVs
• Active sourcing : You utilise various recruiting channels and develop innovative strategies to attract candidates
• Interview coordination : You organise interviews, coordinate feedback rounds and manage the entire selection process
• Database maintenance : You manage our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure structured, GDPR-compliant processes
• Employer branding : You contribute creative ideas to further develop our employer brand and enthuse top talent

Your profile:

• Professional experience : Several years' experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or personnel sourcing
• Software skills : Confident use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and common recruiting tools
• Organisational skills : Structured, independent way of working – even with a high volume of applications
• Strong communication skills : Professional manner in written and spoken communication with candidates and departments
• People skills : A keen sense for personalities and cultural fit
• German language skills : Business fluent in spoken and written German
