Are you ready to take the next step in your career and play a key role in shaping how our client delivers excellence in production?

On behalf of our client, a small-size manufacturing company specializing in paper-based products, particularly for packaging and consumer use, we’re looking for a Production Supervisor who will oversee critical stages of the production process, with a strong focus on the final steps within the production department.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work the first year in Augsburg, Germany and after production moving to Hungary you move to their new premise in HU.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervising daily operations in the production department and actively contributing as a hands-on engineer too
• Ensuring timely completion of production tasks and adherence to quality standards
• Collaborating with other teams to support smooth transitions from earlier stages of the process (e.g. warehouse)
• Maintenance and development of machines (flexo, formatter, labeler, packer)
• Monitoring quality and safe

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in production or manufacturing environments (printing or packaging an advantage, but not required)
• Experience with leading a small team
• Technical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
