Hybrid Solutions Manager (m/f/d)

This position can be filled anywhere in Europe with an ENERCON office.

Your tasks:

• Measure customer and business value (e.g. LCOE optimization) and structure requirements for storage assets
• Analyze value drivers for various customer segments and identify areas where Enercon's solutions can add value
• Communicate ENERCON’s value offerings to interested customers, focusing on value proposition
• Benchmark business model use cases against competitors to determine relative customer value and identify differentiation opportunities
• Analyze data and customer feedback to define requirements for hybrid configurations, including storage assets, guiding solution development
• Support the purchasing department in supplier discussions to align customer requirements with available solutions

 

Your qualifications:

• Degree in engineering, business administration (MBA) or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in the renewable energy industry with exposure to energy storage technology
• Profound know-how in customer economic / project finance modeling for renewable assets, both standalone and hybrid storage
• Fluency in English, German or other languages are an advantage
• Excellent abstract and analytical thinking skills, with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to present and discuss complex analyses and insights with non-technical target groups
• Enthusiastic about being part of an agile and interdisciplinary innovation team
