The job
As the responsible gaming agent you will be working with the customer service team on a daily basis regarding safe gambling queries.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Use analytical tools tol monitor the gaming behaviour of customers to identify potentially risky customers and problem gambling.
- Encourage the customers to use player protection measures.
- Implement follow-up measures in the case of problem gambling behaviour and provide detailed documentation
- Ensure that day-to-day responsible gaming tasks in the various jurisdictions are carried out in accordance within the regulations
Your qualifications
You speak and write German at a native level and your are fluent in English (B2).
Experience in iGaming customer support. It's a plus if you have already worked with responsible gaming
You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
Empathy, dealing professionally with potentially risky clients and taking responsibility can be expected of you.
Confidential handling of sensitive information in compliance with data protection can be entrusted to you.
