As International Quotes and Services Coordinator (m/f/d) based at Sktes Recklinghausen, Germany you will support our International Partner Management team.

Tasks

• You are supporting the International Partner Manager with the coordination and preparation of international quotes, which includes the analytical assessment of the quotation request vs the pricing goals.
• It is the target to maintain legible customer files that include at a minimum: Updating paperwork, maintaining tracking documents, quote request, quote calculation, quote response and documented correspondence with requester.
• You support the existing teams with the coordination of global service requests based on best practices to ensure efficiency and act as backup to team when any of the members are away from their assigned work area.
• You track the status of orders, schedule and execute day to day activities, update and monitor daily tasks and support with the prioritisation of them according to business needs and ensure to prepare and present effective reports of the services provided.
• The team may also request assistance on special projects and assignments outside of assigned responsibility.
• We expect from you to take initiative to learn about IT Asset Disposal Services and E-Waste Recycling Services.

Requirements

• Completed professional training, preferably in the commercial area or Bachelor´s degree
• First professional experience in customer care or inside sales, ideally in IT.
• Very good knowledge in MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook (especially Excel incl. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc).
• Willingness to use/learn about different country regulations.
• High willingness to learn and develop further.
• You have a Can-do attitude and an Open-minded personality.
• Team player, ideally multicultural / international experience.
• Fluent in English both verbally and written, you feel confident to communicate with contacts across the globe. Any other languages, e.g. Spanish are beneficial.
