Your responsibilities:

• Support in building, automating, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Assist in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Learn how to implement and monitor security and compliance policies
• Contribute to deployment automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
• Help monitor and improve application and system performance
• Collaborate with developers and IT teams to optimize software delivery processes
• Take part in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues

• Excellent German and English skills
• Curiosity and initial exposure to DevOps technologies and processes
• Basic knowledge of at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Initial experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
• Interest in automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, Go, or similar languages are a plus
• Willingness to learn observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack
• Understanding of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
• High motivation to learn, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset
