Your tasks:
After an induction phase, the focus of your activities will be on the following tasks:
- Independent management and control of complex IT projects from conception to successful rollout
- Interface management between specialist departments, IT team and external service providers
- Technical support for the implementation, adaptation and further development of ERP systems
- Collaboration in the development of interfaces, workflows and individual software solutions
- Database modeling, maintenance and analysis to support business processes
- Identification and implementation of optimization measures in existing systems and processes
- Support in the strategic development of the IT landscape
- Developing leadership skills to prepare for the future role as Head of IT
Your qualification:
- Completed degree (university/technical college) in the field of (business) informatics or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in IT in an industrial environment and/or production
- Good knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g. Java, C#, Python or similar)
- Experience in working with relational databases (e.g. MS SQL, Oracle)
- Training in project management and experience in leading IT projects (classic and agile)
- High technical understanding, strong process thinking and strong communication skills
- Assertiveness, strategic thinking and interest in entrepreneurial contexts

- This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry – we offer a starting salary of €3,800 gross per month with the willingness to pay more depending on training and professional experience.
