Are you ready to dive into the fast-paced world of venture capital?

Join us as an Investment Intern and gain hands-on experience at the forefront of innovation. You'll work alongside our highly driven team, exploring the technologies and founders shaping the next generation of the internet — with a particular focus on blockchain and Web3.

From day one, you’ll be an integral part of our investment team, actively involved in every stage of the deal process. You’ll help scout and evaluate high-potential startups, contribute to investment discussions, and learn how we assess teams, technologies, and market opportunities.

Tasks

What you can expect

• Explore the frontier of crypto and Web3: Dive deep into the startup ecosystem by analyzing cutting-edge products, protocols, and markets. You'll focus on technical architectures and long-term shifts — identifying breakthrough innovations and emerging trends before they go mainstream.
• Be part of the full investment journey: Actively support our investment team across all stages of the deal flow — from sourcing and evaluating startups to preparing memos and participating in internal discussions that shape our investment decisions.
• Make an impact on day-to-day operations: Contribute to research initiatives, track key market developments, and help optimize internal workflows and tools that support our investment processes.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Role

• You’re enrolled at a university during the internship period, ideally with at least two semesters completed in a tech- or business-related field.
• You bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset - working independently, taking initiative, and always aiming for high-quality outcomes.
• You're reliable, self-motivated, and thrive as part of a collaborative, fast-moving team.
• You're fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
• You have a genuine passion for startups, emerging technologies, and the future of the internet — especially Blockchain and Venture Capital. Previous experience in a startup or investment environment is a strong plus.
