The Partners Group Financial Analyst Program is a unique opportunity for recent university graduates with strong credentials looking to start an exciting and challenging career as an investment professional with a world-leading private markets investment firm.

• The investment track of the program will allow Financial Analysts to experience year-long rotations among a subset of Partners Group's five asset classes: Private Equity, Private Debt, Private Infrastructure, Private Real Estate, and Private Markets Royalties. A Client Solutions and Portfolio Management track will also be available with more information to follow
• Analysts will gain valuable exposure working in collaboration with various teams across the firm globally
• Analysts will go through a formal four-week training program, and gain hands-on experience through the entire investment process before starting their first rotation

Successful candidates will be required to complete a 2/3-year commitment in the program and will gain the financial and analytical skills needed to kick-start their career in private markets investing. Upon completion of 2-3 rotations, analysts will permanently join one of the teams they rotated with. While the first rotation will be based in our global headquarter in Zug, further rotations are not geographically restricted and, subject to business needs, can also be based in our European offices in London, Munich, and Paris.

The Financial Analyst Program is open to students in the final year of their undergraduate and graduate level studies who have achieved top marks in their discipline. We will accept candidates from any field of study, as long as they can demonstrate a genuine interest in private markets and will consider profiles of candidates with up to 1 year of relevant full-time working experience.
