What it's about
We are looking for Head of Office & Hospitality Management to oversee the operations of our three-building campus, manage a team of 25+, and execute high-profile events. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hospitality experience and an entrepreneurial mindset to this dynamic role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of a three-building Campus, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency while managing a team of 25+ staff members
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall workplace experience across all Campus
- Owning budgets with an entrepreneurial approach, demonstrating strong cost sensitivity and identifying opportunities for efficiency and growth
- Anticipate and proactively address operational challenges, demonstrating ownership, agility in problem-solving and decision-making
- Plan and execute large-scale events (up to 400 people) for internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers
- Cover other ad-hoc administrative tasks as necessary
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Office/Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in office/hospitality management, with proven experience in a leadership role (e.g., hotel management)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and executives
- Excellent communication skills both in English and German (mandatory)
