Job description
- You will be responsible for the technical management, coordination and motivation of a team of fitters, ensuring that the project runs successfully
- As the central point of contact, you will accompany our customers throughout the entire project and be available to answer any questions
- You will actively participate in project planning and liaise closely with the project management
- Installation, conversion, service and dismantling work on electrical systems and components through to complete gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) in the field of electricity grids and industry, service and dismantling work on electrical systems and components through to complete gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) in the field of power grids and industry
- you will carry out gas analyses and gas handling work with SF₆ and alternative insulating gases safely and professionally
- you will be responsible for the proper documentation of the work you have carried out
- you will coordinate cooperation with external fitters, partner companies and service providers and ensure that the project runs smoothly
Requirements
- You have completed technical training, preferably in the field of electrical engineering, energy technology or a comparable field
- You have several years of professional experience in the assembly and disassembly of electrical systems
- You have leadership experience and a motivating, solution- and team-oriented way of working in everyday project work
- Founded knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines and safety regulations are part of your portfolio
- you are characterised by a high degree of time flexibility and up to 100% willingness to travel (focus on DACH, prospectively Europe-wide)
- you have a valid driving licence for classes B and BE
- good written and spoken German language skills and a valid work permit for Germany round off your profile
