Your Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of procurement strategies for raw materials, components and services to optimise procurement costs.
• Negotiation of contracts, prices and delivery terms with national and international group suppliers.
• Management of projects to optimise procurement processes/systems, as well as participation in development projects as a technical project purchaser.
• Working in cross-functional teams, you will collaborate closely with the technical department and coordinate internal and external interfaces on a daily basis
• For new developments, you will manage supplier selection, contract award and project management, and be responsible for the fundamentals of supplier collaboration
• You will select new suppliers, develop existing suppliers and optimise the supplier portfolio through market analyses and the establishment of new partnerships
• Conducting supplier evaluations and audits to ensure quality standards
• Collaborating with internal departments such as development, production, finance and the legal department to ensure compliance with company guidelines and objectives
• Monitor and manage supplier performance and implement measures for continuous improvement
• Prepare reports and analyses to determine key figures, monitor material groups and support decision-making processes in purchasing

Your Profile

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Materialwirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Einkauf, Materialgruppenmanagement oder Supply Chain Management
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Beschaffungsmarkt und bei technologischen Trends
• Rasche Auffassungsgabe für komplexe Sachverhalte, analytisch und mit innovativen Ideen versehen
• Ausgeprägte Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Analytisches Denkvermögen und strategische Arbeitsweise
• Die Arbeit mit dem Microsoft Office Paket, insbesondere Excel gehört zum "must"
• Bedingt durch die starke internationale Ausprägung sind sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Voraussetzung
• Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Eigeninitiative sich ständig persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.
