Your profile
- Experience with abas ERP is a plus
- Completed commercial or business-related vocational training (or equivalent)
- Strong German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
- Friendly, positive demeanor with strong communication skills
- Solid technical aptitude and logical thinking
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality
- Attentive, customer- and service-oriented working style
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
Your scope of duties
- Capture and process individual customer requests and prepare quotations
- Handle customer orders and ensure on-time order processing and fulfillment
- Manage global shipping and customs documentation and procedures
- Support and advise existing customers
- If desired: opportunities for personal development and taking on additional responsibilities
