IT system administrators design and implement customer-specific IT system solutions. They advise and train customers, design marketing strategies, prepare quotations and bill orders. In our commercial departments, you take care of challenging projects for government customers.

• Knowledge of business administration, bookkeeping, controlling and cost accounting
• Understanding of IT infrastructures, hardware components, networks and servers
• Advising customers, analyzing requirements and developing solutions
• Fundamentals of project management to plan and implement IT projects efficiently
• Methods for organizing and optimizing IT services for customers
• Use of commercial software and tools for documenting business processes
• Effective communication with customers, colleagues and other business partners
• Principles and practices for quality assurance of IT services
• Skills in teamwork, problem solving, and customer orientation

Your qualifications for your training as an IT systems management assistant (m/f/d)

• Advanced technical college entrance qualification, Abitur or at least a good secondary school leaving certificate
• good knowledge of German and English
• Commercial understanding and a pronounced interest in information technology and economic contexts
