• Management and business management of the entire catering area
• Ensuring that operations run smoothly while maintaining the highest hygiene, quality and Genuss & Harmonie company standards
• Responsibility for flawless merchandise management and the calculation of the entire range of dishes on offer
• Management of your team: staff selection, staff deployment, training, etc.
• Personal contact with our guests and our contractual partners
