In the role of Senior Expert , you will be jointly responsible for the implementation and optimization of our digital platform and channel strategy.
Your tasks
Implementation of our digital platform and channel strategy for internal and external corporate communication of the entire Fresenius Group
Development of coherent concepts for the continuous optimization of our user and content experience on the digital communication platforms, such as the global website, social media and the Group intranet, etc;
Technical management and control of digital communication projects in an international environment with agile teams, including ensuring compliance with schedules, project budgets and quality standards;
Implementation of regular performance monitoring to analyze and measure the success of digital communication platforms and channels;
Ongoing evaluation of the latest technologies and trends in the field of global corporate communications, in particular artificial intelligence
Advising internal stakeholders and conducting workshops;
Your profile
Successfully completed studies in digital media, communications, media or economics or comparable training in a related field;
Several years of practical work experience (at least 5 years) in a comparable function in a corporate and/or consulting environment;
Excellent knowledge in the conception and implementation of sustainable omnichannel communication projects in an international context;
Excellent project management skills and experience in the use of agile working methods (Scrum, Design Thinking, etc.);
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 solutions (especially SharePoint Online and Viva Engage), content management systems (especially Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager) and social media platforms;
Solution-oriented approach, high sense of quality and responsibility;
Business fluent in written and spoken German and English;
Winning personality and convincing presentation skills;
