Job description
- You will be responsible for the independent programming of complex components using state-of-the-art 3D and 2D measurement technology to ensure the required manufacturing precision
- In addition, you will be responsible for the implementation and documentation of complex measurement and testing tasks within ongoing production and for new parts
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for the independent and testing tasks within ongoing production and for new parts
- In addition, you will be responsible for the independent assessment of demanding drawing requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards in the manufacturing process
- You will also be actively involved in the complete APQP process for new parts, to provide technical support for a smooth series launch
- As part of your role, you will support measurement coordination with external suppliers and customers and act as a technical contact for quality-related issues
- Finally, you will be responsible for the active further development of strategic measurement technology and new manufacturing technologies such as 3D printing for continuous process optimisation
Requirements
- You have completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or tool mechanic (m/f/d) and have successfully completed further training as a measurement technician (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in the field of industrial measurement technology and in the application of complex test procedures and statistical analyses
