To strengthen our team at Helios Bildungszentrum Bad Saarow near Berlin, we are looking for a motivated and qualified Head of School (m/f/d) for the Surgical Technical Assistance (OTA) training program.

• School management (m/f/d): Organizational, administrative and pedagogical in the OTA area
• Design curriculum: Develop & implement a modern OTA curriculum
• Establish OTA training: Development & optimization at the education center
• Leading lessons: Didactically plan, implement and evaluate theory & practice
• Coordinate teaching organization: Managing curricula, assignments and examinations
• Supporting trainees: Promoting and supervising practice

• Academic qualification: At least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area, ideally Health or Education, as well as professional training and experience in the OTA field or ideally already completed training as a surgical assistant (OTA) (m/f/d) parallel to your studies
• Curricular experience: Collaboration in the development or implementation of state-recognized OTA curricula
• Teaching: Initial experience in teaching or school management would be an advantage
• Soft skills: Organizational skills, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team
• Personal profile: Great sense of responsibility, pedagogical commitment & social skills
