- Support implementation teams in SAP and non-SAP environments when converting business requirements into functional and technical designs.
- Plan and facilitate workshops and interviews to gather requirements, validate GenAI use cases, and align stakeholders.
- Accompany projects from early analysis and solution design through MVPs, prototypes, and rollout.
- Act as an interface between business units, SAP teams, GenAI specialists, and IT delivery teams to ensure clear communication and shared understanding.
- Work in agile, hybrid, or classic project setups and apply agile principles pragmatically.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal methods and best practices for GenAI- and automation-focused business analysis.
Requirements
- You have completed a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, a MINT-related field, or a comparable program — or you are close to graduation.
- You are interested in IT consulting and enjoy working at the intersection of business processes and technology; motivated career changers with strong IT affinity are also welcome.
- You have gained initial practical experience through internships, working student roles, academic projects, or first professional positions — experience with digital, data, or GenAI-related topics is a plus.
- Your analytical mindset helps you understand complex topics quickly and break them down into clear, structured solutions — even when information is incomplete or unclear.
- You are motivated to continuously develop your technical and functional skills and actively contribute to shaping digital and GenAI-enabled solutions.
- You enjoy understanding the core of complex business and IT processes and making them simpler and more efficient.
- You communicate clearly and confidently and enjoy working with clients and project teams.
