Are you passionate about communication, Culture & People? As part of our dynamic team, you’ll gain valuable experience while contributing to impactful global initiatives.

What you can expect

• In your role, you will work closely with the global C&P Strategy and Talent Management team with various projects and initiatives.
• You will actively contribute to the setup and roll-out of our global initiatives.
• You will prepare internal and external communication materials for various channels, such as the intranet, employee app, and social media.
• You will assist in preparing and coordinating events, such as the global Culture & People conference.
• You will collaborate closely with global and local stakeholders, including our Culture & People colleagues in various countries.

Who we are looking for

• You are a registered student in the field of business administration, communications, human resources, or psychology.
• You have initial work experience, preferably in the HR field.
• You enjoy communicating across various channels and target groups.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, work independently, and enjoy implementing your ideas.
• You are confident in using MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, German is a plus.
