Based in Baden, Switzerland , this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in transformative industries such as AI, 5G, and datacenter solutions.

About the Role
As Business Development Manager, you will spearhead the discovery and development of new opportunities while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying new markets, trends, customers, and partnerships, and optimizing approaches for existing markets.
• Tracking emerging technologies and solutions for key focus segments and sub-segments.
• Building relationships with suppliers, customers, and channel partners to develop innovative products and partnerships.
• Crafting growth strategies and driving execution with internal and external teams.
• Representing the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Collaborating with product management, segment management, and R&D to align future solutions with customer needs.
• Supporting commercial and technical teams in understanding customer requirements and defining growth strategies.

Key Focus Segments:

• Datacenter – AI Servers and related technologies
• 5G Telecom
• Large DC Systems for Telecom and other industries

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-motivated professional with strong business acumen and a passion for growth. Key qualifications include:

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of professional experience , including at least 5 years in a commercial role .
• Excellent communication skills in English .
• Willingness to travel up to 70% within the EMEA region.

Preferred Skills

• Fluency in additional languages such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish is highly desirable.
• A creative, collaborative approach with a keen interest in learning new technologies.
• Strong digital connectivity skills for building and maintaining relationships.
